Check whether an IPv4 address is listed in the high-risk network blocklist maintained by Permalink. The list aggregates IPv4 networks flagged for abusive activity such as bots, scrapers, credential stuffing, and spam, and is used to block or rate-limit traffic from those sources.
ContentID is a shared registry of file hashes, operated by Permalink. When a participating site removes a file from its own service, following a rightsholder notice, a report, or its own terms of use, it records the hash here and checks new uploads against the registry to prevent re‑publication. Each removal is the decision of the site that made it, not of Permalink.
The IP addresses and hashes you submit for checking are processed in memory and are not stored. To prevent abuse we keep per‑IP rate‑limit timestamps for 60 seconds.
If you submit a contact form (delisting / removal request), the submission is stored and forwarded for manual review. The fields recorded and transmitted are: timestamp, your IP address, browser user‑agent, referer, accept‑language, the email address you provide, and your message. Submissions are kept for 12 months and then automatically purged. For earlier deletion or correction, use the contact form at www.permalink.fr/en/contact/.
